Training and approach
Dr. Menon trained in general surgery before completing a two-year fellowship in facial aesthetic surgery. She joined Contoura in 2012 and became lead surgeon in 2019.
Her approach is to restore balance rather than create change you can see from across the room. Most of her patients are told the same thing at their first visit: the best result is the one nobody can quite place.
